Delivery & Handling

Standard delivery charge is £4.85 per order if order value is under £4.85 Delivery is FREE if the order value is £75 or over.

Orders are dispatched next day unless orders are placed at the weekend, on a bank holiday or public holiday.

A signature is normally required on receipt of the goods

We regret we can only deliver to addresses on the UK Mainland

Refunds & Returns

We endeavour to pack your order to the highest standard but if the order arrives damaged please contact us immediately so we can organize a replacement.

If you are otherwise dissatisfied with your order in any way you may return it to us within 10days for a full refund including the original delivery charge. However the goods must be returned to us with the original packing and be in perfect condition. Cost of return is at the customers expense.

Prices are in £ Sterling and all include VAT. Prices may differ from shop prices.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro/Switch, Solo.

If you wish to cancel or amend an order please e-mail info@sienna-jewellery.com as soon as possible after submission of your original order.

You will receive an order confirmation e-mail as soon as you have placed an order. Please retain safely.

We currently do not offer a gift-wrapping service.
